Make Me Your Coach

Hey everyone! My name is Josh Spencer, Top Beachbody Coach 2010 and Elite Coach 2010 & 2011. I’ve been a Beachbody Coach since July of 2008, and a full time Coach since January of 2010. I absolutely love what I do, and that’s help, motivate, and support people every day who are going through various Beachbody programs like P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Body Beast, and yes, even Brazil Butt Lift!

Let me take a few moments to share my story with you. Back in 2008 I decided to do P90X because I was disgusted with the way I looked and felt. I had let myself gain about 20 lbs, caused by stress from my Financial Advising career and the lack of exercise and poor eating habits. It got to the point where I knew I needed to change, and that’s when I came across the P90X infomercial late one night. At that point I decided to order it, and once it arrived, I committed myself 100% to both the P90X diet and the workouts for the entire 90 days. By the time day 90 rolled around, I had lost 25 lbs and 10% body fat, literally getting into the best shape of my entire life!

After I got unbelievable P90X results, I developed a passion for health and fitness, and all I wanted to do was help everyone that I knew achieve results like I did. I then released by P90X transformation video, and hundreds of people contacted me each week asking for help, and it wasn’t shortly after that I decided to become a Beachbody Coach. I have always been passionate about helping others, all going back to my involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and becoming a Beachbody Coach allowed me to once again have a positive impact on others’ lives. 4 years later, I have been able to help THOUSANDS of people change their lives with Beachbody programs!

  1. Mr. Spencer,

Somehow I came upon your Facebook page and have been digging through your links and webpages for a couple of days.
First, may I say your transformation is incredible and at the risk of sounding idiotic, I want to look like you. To be in shape, to feel good about myself and how I look and more importantly, how I feel.
Second, I do have chronic back problems. I have 1 herniated disc, however, my doc has told me I can exercise as long as I don’t overdue it in the beginning and it may actually help the daily pain I am in.
Third, I have not one clue where to start. I also don’t have a lot of extra money to do it (at least that’s always been my excuse).

Could you maybe point me in the right direction, with what I’d need to get started. I am truly at a loss, however, I’ve enjoyed reading about you and getting to know your story.
I am sure you are a busy man and may not have a lot of time on your hands, however, if you can help me. I surely would appreciate it.
Again, at the risk of sounding weird, I want to have the kind of phyic that you have now.

Hope to hear from you sir and may Gob bless you and your family. Thank you for your time,
    John Hendricks

    • @John. Hey brother! First of all, have you talked to your doctor about possibly starting an extreme program like P90X? It’s going to be important that you do because of your back problems. If you’re cleared, then I would love to help you out.

When you are ready, you’re going to want to get on a program. The reason I recommend one is because they are complete, with a diet, workout, and supplement plan. Will it cost you some money to get started? Yes. You will need to get the program and some supplements. Most people struggle financially anymore, but if you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it work. I did back in 2008 when I was having a hard time paying my bills. I did what I had to in order to get started and it was one of the best decisions in my life!

Also, make sure you make me your coach if you haven’t done so already so that I can be here to help you out. https://www.teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/47458
