Hi, I am interested in doing the p90 program, but I am doing martial arts,
will it be okay to do p90x while doing martial art and still build muscle?
@Mohamad. You can do two workouts per day, but you will need to make some adjustments to your diet to compensate for the added workout. Also, am I your Beachbody Coach?

Good morning Josh, first off I need to say you are truly a great role model. I want to be a successful coach. I am currently a coach so joining your team would be a long process of quitting and starting over. How did you stay motivated when you first started even though you were working a different job and probably exhausted everyday? This is my problem, I work very hard everyday at a different job so when I get home I am exhausted and don’t even know what I should concentrating on for my coaching business.
Hey Bob, I didn’t enjoy what I was doing as a Financial Advisor. When I woke up in the morning, I hated the fact that I had to head to do a job that I didn’t want to do. I knew that the only way for me to change things was to find something I loved doing and commit to it 100%, no matter how little of time I had. Obviously, that was Coaching. Once I found Coaching I was quickly absorbed into it. I loved it and usually worked very late at night into the morning on the business. My point is, if you don’t enjoy what you’re doing and want things to change, you have to take action to change. In the end, time is just as excuse.

My name is Andy and my wife is a discount coach and she encouraged me to try shakeology. I did and in the past six weeks I have lost close to 25 pounds, ( I started at 6’3″ 252) doing the Body Beast program and drinking my shake for breakfast with a banana and cutting out pop. I have a long way to go but I am hooked on it now you could say. I am interested in coaching myself but want to ask you some questions and find the right fit for me.
