Q: What supplements do you use? A: The top supplements that I use and recommend are (1) Shakeology, (2) Recovery Formula, (3) Whey Protein, and (4) E&E.

Q: What are the Body Beast supplements (supplements for gaining mass)? A: (1) Base Shake, (2) Suma pills, (3) Fuel Shot, and (4) Creatine monohydrate.

Q: How do you fit Shakeology into your budget? A: Back when I first started Shakeology, I didn’t think I could afford it, but then a buddy of mine explained how it’s supposed to replace one of your meals, so I started replacing my lunch with it every single day instead of going out to eat. Because of that, I ended up saving around $6-$8 per day, which is around $180-$240 per month. Plus, I knew I was putting something healthy into my body instead of the crap I ate at restaurants. Within my first month of using it (2010), I lose 10 lbs, and have been using it every day since. (*Results Vary)

Q: How can I get a Shakeology sample? A: First of all, I need to be your coach, and second, it’s important that you’re serious about purchasing it if you like the taste since it costs me about $6 to send out one sample. Q: When do you take your creatine? A: I usually take 2.5 grams before the workout and 2.5 grams after the workout. It’s important that you mix the creatine with 8 oz. of natural non-acidic fruit juice, such as apple or grape juice.

Q: When you do drink your protein shakes? A: I usually drink one as either a snack or one post workout.
