How to Get a Beachbody Coach

P90X Results Josh SpencerIf you’re wondering how to get a Beachbody Coach, you’ve come to the right place! First, though, let me introduce myself. My name is Josh Spencer, and I’ve been a Beachbody Coach since July of 2008. Before I became a Beachbody Coach, I went through P90X, got UNREAL results, and then decided to become a Coach because I had a lot of people approach me about wanting to get into shape themselves. Since then, I have become a full time Beachbody Coach, won Top Beachbody Coach 2010 out of over 50,000 Coaches, and have helped THOUSANDS of people reach their health and fitness goals! Helping others has always been my passion, going back to my involvement in the Big Brother’s Big Sister’s program back in high school, and now my job doesn’t feel like a job, but rather something I enjoy doing every single day. My goal is to help as many people as possible get healthy and fit! I would absolutely love to be your Beachbody Coach and help you reach your goals.

What do you need to do to get a Beachbody Coach?

Now on to how to get a Beachbody Coach. My wife Melinda Spencer (below) is also a full time Beachbody P90X Results Melinda SpencerCoach and has helped thousands of people make a permanent change in their health as well, so if you’re a woman and want someone you can relate to and mentor and guide you, she is the person you want! Since we both do this full time, we are always available to help the people that we coach, and ALWAYS respond in a very timely manner, usually within 24 hours or less. Here are the steps to take to make Melinda or I your Beachbody Coach!

(1) If you don’t already have a Team Beachbody or Beachbody account, all you have to do to get a Beachbody Coach is click here if you would like me to be your coach and click here if you would like Melinda to be your coach! Getting a Beachbody Coach is very important because of the support, accountability, and motivation. When I first started P90X, I went online to sign up for a free Team Beachbody account, and was assigned to my coach, Barbie. From day 1 she reached out to me, introduced herself, and told me that she would be here for me whenever I needed help. I don’t think she understood what she was getting herself into because I was in contact with her ALL THE TIME! I would email her at least every few days with questions, especially about the diet. I had no idea what I was doing regarding the diet, had no knowledge on nutrition whatsoever, so it was nice to have her there and answer any questions I had about it. It was also nice to talk to someone about the struggles I was going through. It’s tough trying to stay committed for an entire 90 days, but talking to her about the issues I was having seemed to help, and I was able to complete the entire program without cheating on the diet or missing a workout. Last, she was so encouraging! Every time I would take updated progress pictures, she would tell me how amazing my results were, and it just motivated me that much more to continue moving forward. Now, I’m paying it forward and doing the same the with people that I coach!

Getting a Beachbody Coach is important because we will hold you accountable, support you, answer any questions that you have, and make sure you are staying committed and moving towards your fitness goals! Trust me, it helps TREMENDOUSLY! P90X Recovery Formula Review

p90x recovery drink reviewFor the past 5 years health and nutrition have been my life. I went through P90X, got AMAZING P90X results, decided to become a Beachbody Coach, and have been obsessed ever since! Because of that obsession, I constantly want to learn more about health a fitness, including certain diets, certain foods, and specific supplements that are and aren’t healthy for you. I have tried many, many different supplements, and there are some I recommend and some I don’t. The P90X Recovery Formula is one that I DEFINITELY recommend, and I hope you find this review helpful!

P90X Recovery Drink

There are some supplements that I have been taking for years, the P90X Recovery Formula is one of them (Here is another supplement I recommend). Why? What’s the benefit of it? It’s absolutely CRUCIAL that you have proper muscle recovery after a workout, and one way to do so is by taking a post workout supplement within the hour after you finish. When you work out, you deplete glycogen stores, especially if you have an intense work like P90X or Insanity, and it’s important that you replenish those glycogen stores, along with provide the muscles with protein and other essential vitamins to aid in the recovery and repair process. I like the Recovery Formula the best because (1) there aren’t terrible ingredients in it, (2) I have always loved the flavor, and (3) It’s WORKED for me!

If you get anything out of this P90X Recovery Formula Review, I hope it’s that you need to do RESEARCH on each supplement before you use it. There are a lot of supplements out there that claim to be healthy, but really aren’t. Don’t just check the fat, carbs, and protein content either, make sure you thoroughly go through the ingredient list. You’d be surprised as to what some companies put in their supplements! Anyways, I have found that the P90X Recovery Drink has helped quite a bit with my recovery time and the amount of soreness I feel a few days after. Before I used the Recovery Drink, it used to take me sometimes 4-5 days to recover from an intense workout, but since I have used it that time seems to have gone down significantly. Also, the flavor is an orange cream sickle taste, but in all honesty, it used to taste better before the reformulation. The P90X Recovery Formula used to contain fructose (NOT high fructose corn syrup. BIG DIFFERENCE!), but they replaced that with a healthier natural sugar, dextrose, and the flavor sort of got lost a little. However, it’s not enough to cause me to stop taking it. In my opinion, it’s still pretty decent!

How Do I Find My Dream Job

how to find my dream jobRight now I’m sitting outside on my patio of our dream home with my shirt off, working on my tan so I don’t fry when I head to the beach here in a few weeks, listening to some Florida Georgia Line, watching my daughter play with a brand new water toy we got her, and working. Yeah, that’s right, I’m working. How? I have my dream job. I’m 28, a full time Star Diamond Beachbody Coach, work from home, have no bills, no debt with the exception of our house, which will be paid off very shortly, and am completely financially secure. We travel quite a bit, stay at nice hotels, and completely ENJOY life! It wasn’t like this 5 years ago, though. My wife and I were on government support, struggling through life, could barely pay our bills, lived in a very dangerous neighborhood, and were worried and stressed about what the future had in store for us. I made a decision, a decision to change and never looked back. I, like others, though, wanted to know how to find my dream job, and crazy enough, it was by complete accident that I was introduced to it! Now, I love what I do, and it’s a job that DOESN’T feel like a job. So, now you might be wondering, “how do i find my dream job?”, and that’s what I’m going to help you with in this post.

4 Tips to Help You Find Your Dream Career

(1) Determine what it is that you love! What are you passionate about? Is it health and fitness? Is it helping others? Is it being around kids? It could be something different all together, but whatever it is, figure it out! Once you do, write it down and then Google careers that revolve around it. Write them down as well. My passion has always been to help people, and after I went through P90X I became passionate about health and fitness as well, and becoming a Beachbody Coach was the best option for me!

(2) Determine what the pay scale is for each career. If you end up going with a certain job, what is the potential salary? Also, figure out if you will be limited or not. Since I own my own business, I know that there is nothing better than being in complete control of how much you make, not have someone else be in control. If you can find an opportunity to own your own business in your related field, that’s your best bet!

(3) Figure out how demanding the work schedule will be. If you’re wondering how to find your dream job, this is something that’s very important to keep in mind! If you’re starting your own business, your schedule will be VERY demanding because you are building something from the ground up, but over time the amount of time it requires will become less and less and you will have more freedom. That’s been the case for me. I worked extremely hard for the first 2 years as a Beachbody Coach, establishing my business, and over the years I have become very efficient with what I do, stick to a strict schedule, delegate responsibilities, and have created more freedom for myself. If your dream job consists of you working under someone else, talk to someone who has been with the business for more than 10 years and ask him/her how demanding their work schedule is. That will give you a good idea of how much time you will be putting in each week! Remember, it doesn’t matter how much money you make, FREEDOM to spend time with your friends and family is what’s most important!

(4) Take action! If you’re wondering “How do I find my dream job,” you can’t sit around and wait for it to come to you. No, you need to TAKE ACTION!  Once you narrow your career ideas, do more research on them, and then when you narrow it down to just one and are CONFIDENT that it’s the right choice, then you need to determine how to get started. If it’s a large company you want to work for, send them your resume, and then follow up a few days later to make sure they received it. If you decide to start your own business, find out what you need to do to get started. Are there start-up costs? If it’s something like network marketing (which is what I’m in), figure out which team is the best team to join. Do they have great training? Have they had a lot of success? These are important things to think about!

These are the steps that I took in determining whether or not becoming a full time Beachbody Coach was the right path for me to take!
